As the Events and Programming Coordinator, Tony Koelwyn oversees all aspects of Audience Services including ticketing operations, front of house, bar and concessions, and the staffing and scheduling of student employees to support all performance venues within the department. He is the primary contact for both internal and external facility rentals, collaborating closely with clients and the Production Manager to ensure the success of events. He also serves as an HR Analyst within the department and may be able to assist you in navigating Workday (no promises).

Occasionally, Tony can be found on stage behind a drum kit or adding percussion for the annual Alumni Beckett production. One year he was even given a speaking part. It hasn’t happened again…
