Michelle Morris is the founder and President of Lily Pictures. She is a BC council member of the Canadian Media Producers Association, a Trans-Atlantic Partners alumnus, and a First Assistant Director member in the Directors Guild.

During her career as an Assistant Director, Michelle worked on films with Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall and Guillermo del Toro. Michelle is currently Executive Producing Alexander Lasheras’ feature The Beehive, she recently produced Marie Clements’ feature Red Snow. She is in development with Anne Wheeler on Rude Awakening. Michelle’s other narrative films include FSM (Director Melanie Jones); Good Girls Don’t (Director Ana de Lara) which has won 16 awards at over 30 festivals worldwide; and Meet Cute (Director Patrick Currie).

Michelle has guest lectured and taught film production at New York University, University of British Columbia, and Emily Carr University. She holds a Master of Arts in Film Producing from Staffordshire University (UK).
