Amy is the Interim properties specialist. She is excited to share her love of props and especially puppets with the students, staff and external renters of props.

Amy‘s theatre career has taken her to may corners of the globe touring with world-renowned Musicals. Including Jersey Boys, Singin’ in the Rain,  Priscilla Queen of the Desert and Chicago the Musical across Germany, Korea, and New Zealand, to name a few. Amy recently won an Ovation Award for the puppet build of Audrey 2 in The Little Shop of Horrors at the Arts Club Theatre Company.

Originally from South Africa, Amy’s skills range from designing, puppet making, scenic carpentry, scenic painting and prop making. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Performing Arts Technology (Cum Laude) at the TUT, South Africa. Her thesis entailed “The production of cable-controlled underwater puppets”.
