Chris McGregor
Our MFA Directing Alumnus and UBC Theatre & Film Adjunct Professor Chris McGregor has been named as the new Artistic Director of Axis Theatre! Chris will work as Interim AD in September , working alongside Artistic Director, Wayne Specht for the 2014‐15 season.
Chris directs his first Axis Theatre Company production – HAMELIN: A NEW FABLE – which tours to BC elementary schools & local theatres starting in February 2015. In September of 2015, Chris will assume the full time position of Artistic Director.
Congratulations Chris and we wish Wayne all the best in his retirement – Axis Theatre Company is staying in good hands!
