The film Passage of Dreams: The Chung Collection has recently been picked up by the Knowledge Network. It features UBC alumnus Dr. Wallace B. Chung, whose boyhood fascination with trains inspired him to compile thousands of Canadian Pacific Railway items that offer a glimpse into the lives of early Chinese-Canadian pioneers.
Interested viewers are welcome to take a guided tour of the Chung Collection exhibition at UBC’s Irving K. Barber Learning Centre during Alumni Weekend, May 24 – or view it at any time in the Centre.
