In recognition of Nimisha Mukerji‘s significant documentary films (65_Red Roses, Border Security, Blood Relative), she has been awarded the 2015 Young Alumnus Award, granted by the alumni UBC Achievement Awards Committee.
The 2015 UBC Achievement Award recipients will be honoured on Tuesday, October 27, 2015, at the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre.
This award recognizes a young alumnus (aged 35 or under) whose accomplishments are of such excellence that they provide inspiration and leadership to students and other young alumni. The recipient has shown significant leadership either in their professional career and/or community, public or humanitarian service.
Note: Recipients must not be more than 35 years old at time of nomination.
