Karen holds the position of Department Secretary and Graduate Support for the Theatre and Film department. Her main duties revolve around assisting graduate students with tasks such as admissions, registration, scholarships, and graduation. Additionally, she manages waitlists for all department courses and offers some advising and registration support to undergraduates. Employed at UBC for 46 years, Karen has been inducted into the 25-, 35- and 40-Year Club. She looks forward to retiring within a few years.
